REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours before dispatch. 
. Since this is a B2B wholesale platforms, refunds are only applicable for damaged or wrong products. 
. Refunds will be processed within 5 – 7 business days after approval. 
. Used or resold products are not eligible for refund. 
. Minimum order rule (₹25,000) applied to all transaction.
